Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We do not use Malware Scanning. We use an SSL certificate granted from our ClickFunnels-Cloudflare integration. We also use Paypal and Stripe to safely process orders.

You have rights as a data subject. These rights are:
The right to be informed – this means we must inform you how we are going to use your personal data. We do this through this privacy policy and by informing you how your data will be used each time we collect it.

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future.
SMS
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. SMS data won't be shared with anyone except our texting service provider.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur: We will notify you via email within 7 business days.

- Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
- Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.

- Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each email. And we will promptly remove you from the relevant email lists. If you'd like use to completely remove your information from our autoresponder as well, you will need to email us and mention so, and we will promptly comply. However, we cannot guarantee complete removal of personal data, as this is a 3rd part service. Aweber, for example, reserves the right to save minimal data in regards to fraud prevention. If you made a payment using one of the payment solutions we are using (Stripe or Paypal), or made use of any 3rd party service that is integrated on our website(s), we cannot remove or guarantee removal of personal information from these 3rd party services' databases.
